Epoxy floors & polished concrete in Brisbane.

A bare concrete slab soaks up oil, dusts constantly and never really looks clean. A properly prepped epoxy floor seals it for good — one seamless surface with no grout lines, no joins and nowhere for dirt to hide.

Prefer the raw look? Polished concrete grinds and hones the slab you already have into a natural, stone-like finish that will never peel or flake, because there’s nothing sitting on top of it.

Either way, the result comes down to preparation. We diamond-grind back to sound concrete, fill the cracks and pits, and moisture-test the slab before a drop of product goes down. That’s the step cheap quotes leave out — and it’s the reason those floors lift within two years.

  • You never want to recoat it
  • It’s a living space, showroom or cafe
How it works

Four stages, start to finish.

01

Grind & prep

Diamond grinding back to clean, open concrete — dust-extracted, so your garage doesn’t turn into a sandstorm.

02

Repair & prime

Cracks, pits and joins filled and levelled. Moisture test, then a penetrating primer that locks the coating to the slab.

03

Coat or polish

Epoxy base plus colour or flake broadcast — or progressive diamond honing for polished concrete.

04

Seal & cure

UV-stable topcoat, with anti-slip if you want it. Walk on it in 24 hours, park on it in about a week.

Common Questions

Epoxy & concrete FAQs.

How long does an epoxy floor take to install?

A standard double garage takes 2–3 days: grinding and prep on day one, coating on day two, topcoat on day three. You can walk on it after about 24 hours and park a car on it after 5–7 days.

Is epoxy flooring slippery?

Not if it’s done properly. We add an anti-slip aggregate to the topcoat for garages, patios, outdoor areas and any commercial floor that gets wet — you choose the level of grip.

What’s the difference between epoxy and polished concrete?

Epoxy is a resin coating applied on top of the slab, so you can pick any colour or flake finish. Polished concrete grinds and hones the existing slab itself, giving a natural stone look with no coating to peel. Epoxy hides a tired slab; polished concrete shows off a good one.

Can you epoxy over an old or stained concrete floor?

Usually yes. We diamond-grind the surface back, repair cracks and pits, and check the slab for moisture before coating. Prep is where cheap epoxy jobs fail, so we never skip it.

Do you do commercial epoxy floors in Brisbane?

Yes — warehouses, workshops, retail fit-outs, cafes and body corporate car parks. We work weekends and after hours so your business doesn’t have to stop.
