How long does a small renovation take?
A small renovation typically runs about 1.5–2 weeks depending on scope. Every quote includes a clear schedule before we start.
How does payment work for renovations?
For projects over $2,500 we ask a 20% deposit with progress payments — or you can pay the balance on completion. Clear terms, no surprises.
Do I need to move out during the renovation?
Usually not. We work room by room, keep the site tidy and clean up at the end of every day — ask Kate from Clayfield, we even asked for a mop.
